Fair Trade Federation
The Fair Trade Federation was incorporated in 1994 as the North American Alternative Alterative Trade Organization or NAATO. The next year, in 1995 it formally changed its name to its current FTF.
The FTF is an association of North American retailers and importers who display their logo. The FTF makes sure, through a rigorous screening process, that association members fully comply to fair trade principles and only sell items sourced according to fair trade standards. The FTF label covers a broad range of products which include:Coffee, tea, sugr, olive oil, soap, accessories, home decor, stationary, baskets, personal care items, product packaging, gifts, and lots more.
