Papapaa has excellent resources for teaching about fairtrade and cocoa.

Oxfam Education has a game called the ((Coffee Chain Game)) which teaches kids how coffee money is distributed. They also offer numerous lesson plans for every age group on many different subjects like "Change the World in Eight Steps" and "Children's Rights".
